Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named MiLady.
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Clinton Health Access Initiative, located at No. 46, Room No. 1-A, First Floor, New Excellent Condo, Pantra Street, Dagon. Postal Code 11191, Yangon.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Privacy Policy (also referred to as “Policy) means the privacy policy that explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit your mobile application (mobile app).
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Policy at any time and for any reason. Changes can be noted by visiting the "Last updated" date of these Terms and Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review these Terms and Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms and Policy by your continued use of our mobile apps after the date that the revised Terms and Policy is posted.
These Terms and Policy do not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install our mobile apps, which may also collect and use data about you. We cannot control and are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
Collection of your information
Personal Data
This Milady app will collect or store some of the users' personal information such as name, phone number, gender, and presumed approximate location. This “MiLady app” requires account registration and asks you for some personally identifiable information (such as name) to be appeared on the virtual training certificate especially for healthcare providers who successfully completed DMPA-SC training module included in our MiLady app. However, this app has no chat or message function and has no paid features.
Our MiLady App decision making pathway questionnaire asks for information about a user's health history and contraceptive preferences. This information is not retained and is lost when the user closes the app.
When you voluntarily contact us outside of our MiLady app (e.g., to request assistance or provide feedback by email) we will have access to the information you provide voluntarily ("Voluntary Information"). Your email will be retained only for the purpose of responding to your request.
Mobile Device Data
Information about your mobile device (such as your mobile device model, country, presumed location, and language) and app usage (such as app pages viewed, number of visits, and access time) is collected in aggregate and stored by Google Analytics. Use of your information
We will use your voluntarily provided information (as described above) to:
Compile and analyze statistical data for use internally with other third parties.
Increase the efficiency and operation of our app
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve users' experiences with our app.

We will never share any of your personal information without your explicit consent and will neither sell nor share your voluntarily provided data. We may share information collected via Google Analytics (as described above) to use internally or with other third parties as statistical data, to increase the efficiency and operation of our apps, or to improve users' experiences with our apps.

Our app may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave our app, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Terms and Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices {if any) of the third party responsible for that website and should take those steps necessary to protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our app.

We are committed to best practices to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or unlawful or unnecessary processing of personal information.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the technical, physical, and organizational measures we take will prevent every security threat nor can we guarantee that the information we collect will not be improperly accessed, used, altered, or destroyed. We will notify you if we discover there has been a material breach of security with resulted in an unauthorized disclosure of your personal information.
Children Under Thirteen
This app does not allow anyone under the age of thirteen to use it.
